Considering the recent outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) across various parts of the world, we are taking some proactive measures to ensure the safety of our Customers, Employees and delivery partners. This has always been a matter of top priority for us - now more than ever before. Our customer engagement team is currently working from home. Our office is completely sanitised and is closed due to lock down in Chennai. We have tried answering some queries you might have regarding your orders in this period of uncertainty.

Placing Orders - We are receiving orders and You can place the orders online as before. Our team will support you online in case of any queries. There could be delay in shipping the orders based on the government restrictions. You order will stay safe with us and will be shipped as soon as we get a chance.

You can use online payment options like Payment by Credit /  Debit / Net banking or Bank transfer by NEFT / IMPS or Paytm while placing the order to avoid contact when transacting through cash.

Orders not Shipped - Due to lockdown that is in place and restrictions in logistics movement, we have not shipped your order if you have not received any tracking information. We will ship your order once normalcy resumes. All orders that are confirmed as of 21st March morning session are all dispatched.

Orders in transit - If you have received tracking details by email then your order is shipped. There could be some delay due to COVID-19 restrictions in delivery, but we will track all shipments till delivery. 

You may request the delivery partner to leave your package by the door (For pre-paid order only), in case you are feeling unwell or prefer so.

Cancellation and returns - In case you want to return any product that you had received, the communication window is same as per our return policy. In case of lock down, you can return the same after normalcy returns but we need email communication on this.

We are emphasizing to our employees on the best practices of personal hygiene, proper method and frequency of hand washing/sanitising. We have also asked customers who wanted to visit us to order online. We are following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and Government agencies in this regard. 

You may request the delivery partner to leave your package by the door (For pre-paid order only), in case you are feeling unwell or prefer so.

Currently, we need your support for smooth and safe delivery.
