Puzzled? Don’t be. “Matkatus Crown Points” are reward points for the precious money you have spent to take home our precious collections. Implementation of Crown Points is from January 2019, so the orders you have placed with us post 01/01/2019 would be rewarded.
“That’s Interesting, Now how do I earn the Crown Points?”, you might ask.
It’s very simple, Place an order with us and win 1 Matkatus Crown Point for every ₹1 spent. Please note that the shipping charges will not be accounted for the Crown Points. For orders paid online(Online Payment,Bank Transfer, Paytm and Paypal), the crown points will be credited immediately. If you choose cash on delivery as the payment option, the wait is a bit longer, as the points will be credited once we affirm the delivery status. Before all that, please make sure you have a Matkatus account so that you can avail coupon codes for your reward points.
How to Use my Crown Points?
Anytime you login, you can see the rewards section on your bottom right. Once you click it, you’ll see your Crown Points stock. Click the option that says 'Ways to spend' to know how you can use your Crown Points to redeem them.
Once you redeem your points, you will get a Coupon code to your Matkatus Registered Email ID. You can then use it at checkout to avail fabulous discounts.
