Is it possible to order a product that is ‘Sold out’/'Out of Stock'?
Although its not available for order currently, you can get in touch with Matkatus customercare regarding the availability of the product. Can I get a discount for my purchase at Matkatus?
Matkatus follows a “Fixed Price” policy. In case of any discounts or offers, it will be mentioned on the home page.
How do I know if my order is confirmed or not?
In case of online payment orders, once your payment is successfully done you will be receiving a confirmation mail for your order to the email address mentioned while ordering. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference, a listing of the items you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.
In case of Cash on delivery orders, you will receive a confirmation email from Matkatus. Matkatus Customer Care team will also get in touch with you to get your confirmation before processing the COD order.
Is it necessary to have a Matkatus account to shop?
No. It’s not necessary to have a Matkatus account to shop and purchase items. You can do a guest checkout. But we would recommend you to have one to view your order history in future and to make use of the wishlist.
I forgot my password. Is there any way that I can get it back?
Absolutely, Yes. You can click on “Forgot Password” and a re-activation mail will be sent to your registered email id.
I tried “Forgot password” option, the new password is also not going through. What should I do?
Did you copy/paste the new password received and tried it? If Yes. Do not copy/paste as special characters can also be copied. Please key in the new password and check. If you are still facing issues, drop a email to customercare@matkatus.com
You need not have to wait for this to be fixed to place an order @ matkatus, do a guest checkout and still you can place an order.
I want to gift my family/friends with gift cards from Matkatus. Is there any provision for the same?
You can buy e-gift cards from Matkatus. Drop us a email with details of the gift amount and recipient details to customercare@matkatus.com and we will get back to you with the details.
My order hasn’t gone through but my money has been debited from my account. Now what should I do?
Please e-mail us @ customercare@matkatus.com with details of the amount deducted and order details.
If we have received the money – We will update your order from incomplete to completed status and will process your order.
If we haven’t received the money – We will intimate you with the reference/transaction number. Normally this gets refunded to your account automatically from your bank. If not you can check with your bank with the transaction details shared.
